Sometimes things happen that change life as you know it, in a smaller or bigger way. How do you cope with this new reality when you have questions that may not be answered and choices that are difficult to make.

Roskva Yasmin Andersen is interested in relationships; the relationship to oneself, to one's own body, and to other people. How do we meet ourselves? How do we meet others? A Story. is a dance performance that shares and touches through a personal story, a story about how Roskva Yasmin's own reality changed. The performance addresses questions about belonging and confusion. The body explores what is familiar and unfamiliar, searching through an occasional, chaotic landscape. Can the  unfamiliar be safe? A Story. is a research into how our bodies and emotions are affected by soul-stirring events, a dance about big thoughts and strong emotions.
